The answer looks wrong. What should I do?

First check what the app read: a cropped or blurry photo can turn a 7 into a 1 or drop a minus sign. Retake the photo in good light with the whole problem in frame, or type the problem instead. If the reading is right and a step still looks wrong, ask the tutor to explain that step or to solve it a second way; if the two methods disagree, trust your textbook and email us the problem so we can look.

Does the camera read handwriting?

Clear handwriting on plain paper works. In the free tier the text is extracted first, which can struggle with fractions and exponents written by hand; AI Math Pro sends the image itself to the model and handles handwriting, diagrams and multi-line working better.

What counts as a solve?

Each new problem you send to the tutor is a solve. Follow-up questions about the same problem continue the conversation. Free includes a limited number of solves; AI Math Pro removes the limit.

Do I need an account?

No. The app works fully without one. History is stored on your device, and deleting the app deletes it.

What does AI Math Pro include?

Unlimited solves, the full image solver, streaming step-by-step explanations and priority processing. Pro is sold as a weekly, monthly or six-month subscription through the App Store, and the current price is shown on the paywall inside the app.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple, not by the app. On your iPhone go to Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions. That is Apple's flow and it is two taps. We do not have a cancellation flow of our own.

Which devices are supported?

AI Math Tutor runs on iPhone and iPad with iOS 15.1 or later. There is no Android version and no web app. On the App Store the app is listed as AI MathMaster.

Is my data shared with anyone?

A problem or photo is sent to our server and on to the AI provider to be solved, and is not kept afterwards. The privacy policy names every third party involved.
